Technicians employed at Hedin Group’s Mercedes-Benz dealerships throughout the London area are being balloted for strike motion in a dispute over pay, in accordance with the Unite union.
The potential industrial motion includes employees at 4 Hedin websites – Brooklands, Bromley, Croydon and Dartford – who perform car servicing, repairs and MOTs.
Unite says the poll follows the corporate’s refusal to desk a pay provide for 2025, regardless of rising inflation and cost-of-living pressures.
