Where To Find FORScan Code Spreadsheets For Ford Modifications?
Share

Ford vehicles contain vehicle codes, known as As-Built Data, that you can access and modify to unlock or enable certain features or functionalities in your vehicle. These modifications, such as Bambi mode, Global Windows mode, and Police/Dark mode, are usually enabled by your local dealership. However, with the use of software called FORScan, you can now do it by yourself!
HOW TO SEARCH FOR FORSCAN CODE SPREADSHEETS
Before diving in and applying some DYI code modifications in your Ford vehicle, you need to be familiar with what these codes are and understand how to apply these modifications properly. The FORScan community has compiled a number of FORScan code spreadsheets for various vehicle models. The video below by Auto Dad shows the process on how to search for these spreadsheets.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU CAN’T FIND THE FORSCAN CODE SPREADSHEET FOR YOUR VEHICLE
Not all vehicle models have available FORScan spreadsheets online. However, many Ford models share the same As-built data. Basically, you can compare your As-built data with the vehicle models that have available spreadsheets online, and then you can apply similar modifications to the As-built data that matches your vehicle.
You can use the tool As-Built Explorer to compare and analyze the As-built data from various vehicle models. First, you need to get the VIN numbers of your vehicle model and the vehicle models that you want to compare it with. To search for the factory VIN numbers of Ford models, you can check out Ford’s As-built database on the Ford Motorcraft Service website. Once you found the VIN numbers that you are looking for, you can download them and run them on the As-Built Explorer software.
